Purpose of the Strategic Leadership Course
The SEI Leadership Academy Strategic Course prepares senior leaders to define, shape, and sustain the long-term identity of their organization. At this level, leadership extends beyond daily execution—it becomes about designing vision, culture, and strategy that endure through transition and change. Participants learn to craft clear mission and vision statements, design governance systems, and align people and resources to long-term strategic goals. Strategic leaders focus on culture stewardship, ensuring that values are embedded into how the organization recruits, promotes, and rewards its people.
Expected Outcomes
